Our villa provides every utensil you may need in the kitchen. İn our lounge area you may find a TV, a sofa set and a coffee table etc.
Pool
information:
Our pool measures 3.5*8 meters
and a depth of 1.6 meters
Our childs pool 2.5*5 meters and a depth of 1 meter.
NOTE: The heating systems fee is included in the total fee untill the 31 May 2024
Damage
deposit:
Upon check-in you will have to provide 3.000TL for deposit. Once your stay has came to an end with us we will have the villa checked for damage if no problems occur you may recieve you 3.000TL back.
General
information:
The weekly rental fee includes the electıc, water and gas bottle fee. There will be no extra fee requested from you. Before you check ın to the villa we have it all cleaned and ready for you. Daily there will be pool and garden maintenance.
NOTE: The minimum rental period for the whole year is 4 nights. There will be a fee of of 2.000TL for cleaning if you stay under 5 nights.
