Villa Orkide; 

                  This is one of our conservative villas located in the İslamlar area of Kalkan, one of the unique holiday resorts in Analya, with a capacity of 10 people with a large pool in the garden.

Room information: 

                   1.Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

                   2.Bedroom:  2 single beds, wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

                   3.Bedroom:   2 single beds, wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom . 

                   4.Bedroom:  1 double bed, wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

Kitchen and lounge area information: 

                 Our villa provides every utensil you may need in the kitchen. İn our lounge area you may find a TV, a sofa set and a coffee table etc.   

Pool information:

               Our pool measures 3.5*7.5 meters and a depth of 1.6 meters and a childs pool that measurres at 3*4 meters with a depth of 0.75 meters.

Damage deposit:

            Upon check-in you will have to provide 10.000TL for deposit. Once your stay has came to an end with us we will have the villa checked for damage if no problems occur you may recieve you 10.000TL back.

Important information:

                    Pool and garden maintenance come once every day. Also the eiectricity, water and gas are included in the total fee. So no additional fee will be requested. We have the villa cleaned and prepared on your day of arrival.

NOTE:The minimum rental period for the high season is 5 nights. There will be a fee of 5.000TL for cleaning if you stay is under 7 nights.
