Villa Mars Mini ; 

        This is our conservative villa with a jacuzzi, located in Üzümlü, Kalkan, one of the unique hoiday resorts in Antalya. Villa Mars Mini has a capacity of 2 people and is perfect for a couple on their honeymoon.     

Room information: 

                    1.Bedroom: 1 double bed, a jacuzzi, wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

Kitchen and lounge area information: 

                 Our villa provides every utensil you may need in the kitchen. İn our lounge area you may find a TV, a sofa set and a coffee table etc.   

Pool information:

               Our pool measures 3*7 meters and a depth of 1.50 meters and its sheltered and not visisble from the outside.

Damage deposit:

            Upon check-in you will have to provide 3.000TL for deposit. Once your stay has came to an end with us we will have the villa checked for damage if no problems occur you may recieve you 3.000TL back.

Important information:

                    Pool and garden maintenance come once every day. Also the eiectricity, water and gas are included in the total fee. So no additional fee will be requested. We have the villa cleaned and prepared on your day of arrival.

NOTE:The minimum rental period for the whole year is 4 nights . There will be a fee of 1.000 for cleaning if you stay is under 7 nights
