Accommodation:

This villa features three comfortable bedrooms:

• Bedroom 1: This suite offers a double bed, a jacuzzi, a wardrobe, a dressing table, a bedside table, air conditioning, and a private en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: This bedroom offers two single beds, a wardrobe, a dressing table, a bedside table, and air conditioning.
• Bedroom 3: This suite offers a double bed, a jacuzzi, a wardrobe, a dressing table, a bedside table, air conditioning, and a private en-suite bathroom.

Kitchen and Living Area:

A fully equipped kitchen provides all the necessary appliances and utensils for preparing meals. The inviting living room features a TV, comfortable seating, a coffee table, and other amenities for relaxation.

Pool:

Guests can enjoy the refreshing private pool, which measures 3.80 * 6 meters and has a depth of 1.55 meters.

Garden and Outdoor Amenities:

The villa boasts a spacious garden with a pergola (kamelya) and a hammock, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. A barbecue is also available for outdoor dining and entertainment.

Damage Deposit:

A security deposit of 5,000 TL is collected in cash upon arrival and will be fully refunded in cash upon departure, provided no damage is incurred.

General Information:

• Utility costs (electricity, water, and gas) are included in the rental price.
• The villa is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your arrival, with fresh towels, sheets, and pillowcases provided in each bedroom.
• Requests for extra towels, sheets, or cleaning services are subject to an additional fee.

NOTE: The minimum stay is four nights throughout the season. A cleaning fee of 2,500 TL applies to stays shorter than six nights.
