Room Details:

• Bedroom 1: Double bed, jacuzzi, wardrobe, makeup table, nightstand, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom with WC.

• Bedroom 2: Double bed, wardrobe, makeup table, nightstand, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom with WC.

• Bedroom 3: Double bed, wardrobe, makeup table, nightstand, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom with WC.

• Bedroom 4: Double bed, jacuzzi, wardrobe, makeup table, nightstand, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom with WC.

Kitchen and Living Area:

The villa is equipped with all the necessary kitchen utensils. In the living room, you'll find a TV, seating area, coffee table, and additional furniture.

Swimming Pool:

• The main pool measures 4 x 10 meters, with a depth of 1.60 meters.
• There is also a children's pool measuring 3 x 4 meters, with a depth of 0.45 meters.

Indoor Pool Area:

The indoor pool area features a billiard table, foosball, fitness area, bar, Turkish bath (hammam), and sauna.

Damage Deposit:

A 5,000 TL deposit is required upon check-in. The deposit will be refunded in full upon check-out if no damage is reported.

Important Information:

• Pool and garden maintenance is carried out daily by staff.
• Utilities such as electricity, water, and gas are included in the price.
• The villa is delivered clean and ready for your stay.

Important Notes:

• Minimum stay of 5 nights required throughout the season.
• For stays under 5 nights, an additional cleaning fee of 6,000 TL will apply.
