Villa Zirve

Villa Zirve; 

      Our villa is located in Akbel area of Kalkan, one of the unique holiday resorts of Antalya. Our villa has a capacity of 18 people and is one of our villas with a unique Kalkan view that can easily be preffered by large families and groups of friends. Our villa has 3 floors and each floor has a living room and kitchen with thr same features. Each room has air conditoning, clean bed linens and towel sets.

Kitchen and lounge area information: 

                 Our villa provides every utensil you may need in the kitchen. İn our lounge area you may find a TV, a sofa set and a coffee table etc.   

Pool information:

                Our heated pool measures at 4.5*9.5 meters and a depth of 1.50 meters

Damage deposit:

            Upon check-in you will have to provide 10.000TL for deposit. Once your stay has came to an end with us we will have the villa checked for damage if no problems occur you may recieve you 10.000TL back.

General information:

               The weekly rental fee includes the electıc, water and gas bottle fee. There will be no extra fee requested from you. Before you check ın to the villa we have it all cleaned and ready for you. Once every 2 days pool and and garden maintenance will come. 

NOTE:The minimum rental period for the whole year is 7 nights .  For stay less than 7 nights we will have to wait for approval from the villa owner. There will be a fee of 4.000TL for cleaning if you stay is under 7 nights
