Villa Zirve: A Spacious Retreat with Kalkan Views in Akbel

Located in the Akbel area of Kalkan, one of Antalya's most unique holiday destinations, Villa Zirve offers accommodation for up to 18 guests. This villa provides a comfortable and spacious setting for large families and groups of friends, featuring unique views of Kalkan. The three-story villa offers a living room and kitchen on each floor, ensuring ample space for everyone. Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning, fresh linens, and towels.

Accommodation:

All bedrooms feature air conditioning, a wardrobe, bedside table, dressing table, and a hairdryer.

• Bedroom 1: Includes a double bed and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: Offers two single beds and access to a shared bathroom.
• Bedroom 3: Includes a double bed.
• Bedroom 4: Offers two single beds and access to a shared bathroom.
• Bedroom 5: Includes a double bed and access to a shared bathroom.
• Bedroom 6: Includes a double bed and access to a shared bathroom.
• Bedroom 7: Includes a double bed and access to a shared bathroom.
• Bedroom 8: Offers two single beds and access to a shared bathroom.
• Bedroom 9: Includes a double bed and access to a shared bathroom.

Note: Bedrooms 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9 share bathrooms.

Kitchen and Living Area:

The villa features fully equipped kitchens with all the necessary appliances and utensils. The living areas include comfortable seating, a TV, a coffee table, and other amenities for relaxation on each floor.

Pool:

Guests can enjoy a private swimming pool measuring 4.5 meters by 9.5 meters, with a consistent depth of 1.5 meters.

Damage Deposit:

A security deposit of 15,000 TL is required in cash upon arrival. This deposit will be fully refunded following a satisfactory inspection of the property after departure.

General Information:

Pool and garden maintenance is carried out every two days by staff. Utilities (electricity, water, and gas) are included in the weekly rental price. The villa is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your arrival, with fresh towels and linens provided in each bedroom.

Important Information:

The minimum rental period is five nights throughout the season. Stays shorter than seven nights are subject to an additional cleaning fee of 10,000 TL.
