• First Bedroom: Double bed, wardrobe, vanity table, bedside tables, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom with WC.
• Second Bedroom: Two single beds, wardrobe, vanity table, bedside tables, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom with WC.

Kitchen and Living Room Information:

The villa comes fully equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils, ensuring your stay is convenient. The living room includes a TV, comfortable seating, coffee table, and additional furnishings for relaxation.

Pool Information:

Private pool measuring 3x6.5 meters with a depth of 1.50 meters provides a refreshing and tranquil space.

Damage Deposit:

A cash deposit of 5,000 TRY is required upon arrival. If no damages, losses, or issues occur, the deposit will be refunded in full at check-out.

General Information:

Electricity, water, and gas costs are included in the weekly rental fee. Villa is delivered clean, with fresh towels, bed linens, and essentials provided in every room. Daily maintenance of the pool and garden is managed by villa staff.

Note: Minimum rental duration is 3 nights throughout the season. For stays shorter than 5 nights, an additional cleaning fee of 3,000 TRY applies.
