Villa Zemheri

Room information: 

                    1.Bedroom: 1 double bed, a jacuzzi, wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, a hairdryer, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

                    2.Bedroom:  2 single beds, wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, a hairdryer, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

Kitchen and lounge area information: 

                 Our villa provides every utensil you may need in the kitchen. İn our lounge area you may find a TV, a sofa set and a coffee table etc.   

Pool information:

               Our pool measures 3*8 meters and a depth of 1.55 meters

               The indoor heated pool measures at 5*3 meters with a depth of 1.60 meters.

NOTE: For the heating system there is a daily fee of 450TL.

Damage deposit:

            Upon check-in you will have to provide 3.000TL for deposit. Once your stay has came to an end with us we will have the villa checked for damage if no problems occur you may recieve you 3.000TL back.

General information:

               The weekly rental fee includes the electıc, water and gas bottle fee. There will be no extra fee requested from you. Before you check ın to the villa we have it all cleaned and ready for you. You will  find clean towels, bed sheets and pillow cases. Daily there will be pool and garden maintenance at the times between 06:00am to 09:00am.

NOTE: Between the dates of 1 June- 20 September the minimum rental period is 4 nights. For any other dates the minimum stay is 3 nights. A stay under 6 nights will have a cleaning fee of 2.000TL.
