• Second Bedroom: Two single beds, wardrobe, vanity table, nightstand, air conditioning, and private en-suite bathroom with WC.

Kitchen and living room
Fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials for a convenient stay. The living room includes a TV, comfortable seating area, coffee table, and other furnishings for a relaxing experience.

Pool details

• Outdoor Pool: 3.2 x 5 meters, 1.40 meters deep.
• Indoor Pool: 2 x 5.5 meters, 1.20 meters deep.

Heated indoor pool can be activated for an additional daily fee of 1000 TL.

Damage deposit
A 5,000 TL damage deposit is required upon check-in. The deposit is fully refundable after check-out, provided no damage is found.

General information
Weekly rental rates include electricity, water, and gas, with no additional charges. The villa is cleaned and prepared before your arrival, and towels, bed linens, and pillowcases are provided. Extra cleaning or additional towel and linen requests are subject to additional charges.

A minimum stay of 5 nights is required between June 16 - September 15. For other periods, the minimum stay is 3 nights. Stays shorter than 6 nights will incur a cleaning fee of 4,000 TL.
