Accommodation:

This villa features two comfortable bedrooms:

• Bedroom 1: This suite offers a double bed, a jacuzzi, a wardrobe, a dressing table, a bedside table, air conditioning, and a private en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: This bedroom offers two single beds, a wardrobe, a dressing table, a bedside table, air conditioning, and a private en-suite bathroom.

Kitchen and Living Area:

A fully equipped kitchen provides all the necessary appliances and utensils for preparing meals. The inviting living room features a TV, comfortable seating, a coffee table, and other amenities for relaxation.

Pool:

Guests can enjoy the refreshing private pool, which measures 3.8 * 3.10 meters and has a depth of 1.55 meters.

Damage Deposit:

A security deposit of 3,000 TL is collected in cash upon arrival and will be fully refunded in cash upon departure, provided no damage is incurred.

General Information:

• Weekly rental rates include utility costs (electricity, water, and gas).
• The villa is meticulously cleaned and prepared for your arrival, with fresh towels, sheets, and pillowcases provided.
• Daily pool and garden maintenance is provided by a dedicated staff member.

NOTE: The minimum stay is four nights between June 1st and September 15th. For other months, the minimum stay is three nights. A cleaning fee of 3,000 TL applies to stays shorter than seven nights.
