Villa Yeniköy: A Romantic Honeymoon Retreat with Infinity Pool and Stunning Views in Akbel, Kalkan

Located in the Akbel area of Kalkan, one of Antalya's most exquisite holiday destinations, Villa Yeniköy is a perfect honeymoon retreat for couples seeking tranquility and romance. This magnificent villa offers breathtaking nature and sea views, a private infinity pool, and all the amenities for an unforgettable holiday.

Note: The villa is located within a complex. There is 24/7 security camera surveillance at the entrance of the complex and a children's playground within the site. From May 1st to October 31st, breakfast is provided free of charge at our restaurant located 50 meters within the complex. If breakfast is requested to be served at the villa, there is a daily service charge of ₺600.

Accommodation:

• Bedroom 1: One double bed, jacuzzi, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom/WC.

Kitchen & Living Area:

The villa has a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils and appliances. The living room includes a TV, comfortable seating, a coffee table, and other amenities.

Pool:

The villa features a 4 x 8 meter infinity pool with a depth of 1.5 meters.

Damage Deposit:

A security deposit of ₺3,000 (Turkish Lira) is required upon arrival and will be refunded upon departure, provided no damage or loss is incurred.

General Information:

• Utilities (electricity, water, and gas/propane) are included in the weekly rental price.
• The villa is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your arrival, with fresh towels and linens provided in each room.
• A villa attendant provides daily pool and garden maintenance.

Note II :

• The minimum stay is 3 nights.
• An extra cleaning fee of ₺2,000 (Turkish Lira) is charged for stays shorter than 5 nights.
