Villa Yaz 4: A Private and Peaceful Retreat with Indoor Heated Pool near Kalkan

Located in the Ulugöl area of Kalkan, one of Antalya's most stunning holiday destinations, Villa Yaz 4 offers a private and tranquil escape for two guests. Its secluded location ensures complete privacy, making it an ideal choice for couples or small families seeking a peaceful and undisturbed vacation.

Accommodation Details:

• Bedroom 1: One double bed, jacuzzi, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom/WC.

Kitchen and Living Area:

The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances and utensils for preparing meals. The living area includes a TV, comfortable seating, a coffee table, and other amenities for a relaxing stay.

Pool Area:

Guests can enjoy a private outdoor pool (4 x 5 meters, 1.55 meters deep) and a private indoor heated pool (3.5 x 3 meters, 1.20 meters deep).

Important Note about Indoor Pool Heating: Indoor pool heating is free of charge from October 15th to November 20th, 2025. For other dates, a daily fee of 1,000 TL applies.

Damage Deposit:

A refundable damage deposit of 2,000 TL is collected in cash upon arrival. This deposit will be returned in cash upon check-out, provided no damage or loss is found during the final inspection.

General Information:

• Pool and garden maintenance is carried out daily by our dedicated staff.
• Electricity, water, and gas expenses are included in the rental price.
• The villa is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your arrival and is cleaned once a week during your stay.

Please Note:

• The minimum stay is 4 nights throughout the season.
• A supplementary cleaning fee of 2,000 TL applies to stays shorter than 7 nights.
