Villa Yaz 4; 

              This villa is located in Antalya in the beautiful resort Kalkan, Ulugöl. It ıs a villa with a capacity  of 2 people and can easily preferred by concerervative and a small family.

Do not be late for the holiday of a lifetime.

Room information: 

                    1.Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, jacuzzi, a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

Kitchen and lounge area information: 

                 Our villa provides every utensil you may need in the kitchen. İn our lounge area you may find a TV, a sofa set and a coffee table etc.   

Pool information:

          Our first pool is a length of 4*5 meters with a depth of 1.55 meters

         secondly we have a heated pool 3.5*3 meters long and 1.20 meters deep.

NOTE: 15 October- 15 November 2024. In this period of time the heated pool will be free of charge upon request. However if you want the heated pool out of this period of time the fee daily is 700TL.

Damage deposit:

            Upon check-in you will have to provide 2.000TL for deposit. Once your stay has came to an end with us we will have the villa checked for damage if no problems occur you may recieve you 2.000TL back.

Important information:

                    Pool and garden maintenance come once every day. Also the electricity, water and gas are included in the total fee. So no additional fee will be requested. We have the villa cleaned and prepared on your day of arrival

 NOTE:The minimum rental period for the whole year is 4 nights . There will be a fee of 1.200TL for cleaning if you stay is under 7 nights
