Villa Yaz 3; 

                  This villa is located in Ulugöl in Kalkan, one of the unique holiday resorts in Antalya, with a capacity of 4 people due to the location no one can see from the outside, this is why its easily preferred by conservative families and they would be very comfortable here. Enjoy your holiday to the fullest in your heated indoor pool and jacuzzi. But dont forget to lie on the sun loungers and watch the sunset to your hearts content.

 Dont be late for the holiday of a lifetime.

NOTE:  You can find Villa Yaz 3 underneath Villa Yaz 2. Both of these villas have the same entrance and both villas are conservative.

Room information: 

                       All rooms include a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a dressing table, a hairdryer, a toilet and a bathroom.

                    1.Bedroom: 1 double bed, jacuzzi, wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

                    2.Bedroom:  2 single beds, wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

Kitchen and lounge area information: 

                 Our villa provides every utensil you may need in the kitchen. İn our lounge area you may find a TV, a sofa set and a coffee table etc.   

Pool information:

                Our  pool measures at 4*8 meters and a depth of 1.55 meters

NOTE: Between the dates of 15 October- 15 November 2024 the heated pool has no fee. For the other dates there is a daily fee of 700TL.

Damage deposit:

            Upon check-in you will have to provide 2.000TL for deposit. Once your stay has came to an end with us we will have the villa checked for damage if no problems occur you may recieve you 2.000TL back.

Important information:

                    Pool and garden maintenance come once every day. Also the eiectricity, water and gas are included in the total fee. So no additional fee will be requested. We have the villa cleaned and prepared on your day of arrival.

NOTE:The minimum rental period for the whole year is 4 nights . There will be a fee of 1.200TL for cleaning if you stay is under 7 nights
