• Bedroom 2: Two single beds, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom.

Kitchen & Living Area:

The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils and appliances. The living area includes a TV, seating area, coffee table, and other amenities.

Pool:

The villa has a pool measuring 3.5 x 7.5 meters with a depth of 1.70 meters.

Damage Deposit:

A security deposit of ₺4,000 (Turkish Lira) is required upon arrival and will be refunded upon departure, provided no damage or loss is incurred.

General Information:

• Utilities (electricity, water, and gas/propane) are included in the weekly rental price.
• The villa is delivered clean and ready for your stay, with fresh towels and linens provided in each room.
• Daily pool and garden maintenance is carried out by our staff.

Minimum Stay:

• The minimum rental period is 4 nights throughout the season.
• An extra cleaning fee of ₺2,500 (Turkish Lira) is charged for stays shorter than 6 nights.
