Located in the tranquil Kördere area of Kalkan, one of Antalya's most stunning holiday destinations, Villa Yağmur Queen offers a romantic and secluded getaway designed specifically for couples and honeymooners. This charming villa, accommodating up to 2 guests, is nestled in nature and provides a peaceful and private atmosphere.

Accommodation:

• Bedroom 1: One double bed, jacuzzi, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, balcony, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom/WC.

Kitchen & Living Area:

The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils and appliances for preparing meals. The living area includes a TV, comfortable seating, a coffee table, and other amenities.

Pool:

The villa has a private swimming pool measuring 3 x 9 meters with a depth of 1.5 meters.

Damage Deposit:

A security deposit of ₺5,000 (Turkish Lira) is required upon arrival and will be refunded upon departure, provided no damage or loss is incurred.

Important Information:

• Pool and garden maintenance is carried out daily by staff.
• Utilities (electricity, water, and gas) are included in the rental price. No additional fees will be charged for these.
• The villa is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your arrival.

Note:

• The minimum rental period throughout the season is 5 nights.
• An extra cleaning fee of ₺2,000 (Turkish Lira) is charged for stays of 6 nights or less.

Important Notice: The last 200 meters of the access road to the villa is a dirt road.
