This magnificent villa boasts breathtaking sea views, an infinity pool, a separate children's pool, and a heated indoor pool, promising an exceptional holiday experience for families and groups of friends.

Accommodation:

This villa features three comfortable bedrooms:

• Bedroom 1: This suite offers a double bed, a jacuzzi, a balcony, a wardrobe, a bedside table, a dressing table, a hairdryer, air conditioning, and a private en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: This bedroom offers a double bed, a wardrobe, a bedside table, a dressing table, a hairdryer, air conditioning, and a private en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 3: This bedroom offers two single beds, a wardrobe, a bedside table, a dressing table, a hairdryer, air conditioning, and a private en-suite bathroom.

Kitchen and Living Area:

A fully equipped kitchen provides all the necessary appliances and utensils for preparing meals. The spacious living room features a TV, comfortable seating, a coffee table, and other amenities for relaxation.

Pools:

• Infinity Pool: Guests can enjoy the stunning infinity pool, which measures 3.7 * 11.5 meters and has a depth of 1.5 meters.
• Children's Pool: A separate children's pool is also available, measuring 1.5 * 2 meters with a depth of 0.50 meters.
• Heated Indoor Pool: The villa also offers a heated indoor pool measuring 4 * 9 meters with a depth of 1.5 meters.

NOTE: Heating for the indoor pool is available for an additional fee of 1,500 TL per day.

Damage Deposit:

A security deposit of 5,000 TL is collected in cash upon arrival and will be fully refunded in cash upon departure, provided no damage is incurred.

General Information:

• Utility costs (electricity, water, and gas) are included in the rental price.
• The villa is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your arrival, with fresh towels, sheets, and pillowcases provided.
• Daily pool and garden maintenance is performed by dedicated staff.

NOTE: The minimum stay is five nights throughout the season. A cleaning fee of 4,000 TL applies to stays shorter than six nights.
