Damage Deposit

A 10,000 TL damage deposit is required in cash upon check-in. Refunded in full at check-out, provided no damage or loss is detected during the final inspection.

• Electricity, water, and gas usage are included in the rental price.
• The villa is delivered spotlessly clean, with fresh towels and linens provided in each room.
• Daily pool and garden maintenance is carried out by villa staff.

• Check-out time: 10:00 (10:00 AM)

Note: The minimum rental period is 3 nights throughout the season.
For stays of 7 nights or less, an additional 6,000 TL cleaning fee applies.
