                      This villa is located in Kızıltaş in Kalkan, one of the unique holiday resorts in Antalya, with 5  bedrooms and a sea view. Villa Waratah has a capacity of 10 people which would be great for a big family or group of friends

Kitchen and lounge area information: 

                 Our villa provides every utensil you may need in the kitchen. İn our lounge area you may find a TV, a sofa set and a coffee table etc.   

Havuz Bilgileri; 

                  Villamızın,  4 * 11, metre ebatlarında 1,60 metre derinliğinde havuzu bulunmaktadır. 

Damage deposit:

            Upon check-in you will have to provide £130 for deposit. Once your stay has came to an end with us we will have the villa checked for damage if no problems occur you may recieve you £130 back.

General information:

               The weekly rental fee includes the electıc, water and gas bottle fee. There will be no extra fee requested from you. Before you check ın to the villa we have it all cleaned and ready for you. Pool and garden maintenance will come daily. 

NOTE:The minimum rental period for the whole year is 5 nights . Accommation for less than 5 nights may be offered to  the villa owner. There will be a fee of £80 for cleaning if you stay is under 5 nights
