               This villa is located in Sarıbelen, Kalkan, one of the unique holiday resorts in Antalya, with 2 bedrooms and a capacity of 4 people. Our villa is surrounded by nature and is a place where you can enjoy silence.

Villa Velsem is one of our rare villas with its location and design and at our villa large family groups can come and enjoy their time

For you and your family to have a great time here we have table tennis, foosball and a childrens playing area.

Room information:

                     1. Bedroom: 1 double bed, jacuzzi, wardrobe, dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom and toilet.

                     2. Bedroom: 2 single beds, wardrobe, dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom and toilet.

Kitchen and lounge area information: 

                 Our villa  provides every utensil you may need in the kitchen. İn our lounge area you may find a TV, a sofa set and a coffee table etc.  

Pool information:

               Our pool measures 3.5*8.5 meters and a depth of 1.55 meters.

Damage deposit:

            Upon check-in you will have to provide 2.500TL for deposit. Once your stay has came to an end with us we will have the villa checked for damage if no problems occur you may recieve you 2.500TL back.

Important information:

                    Pool and garden maintenance come once every day. Also the electricity, water and gas are included in the total fee. So no additional fee will be requested. We have the villa cleaned and prepared on your day of arrival.

NOTE: Between the dates of 15 June- 15 September the minimum rental period is 4 nights. Any other dates, the minimum stay is 3 nights. There will be a cleaning fee of 1.500TL for any stay under 7 nights.
