Accommodation:

• Bedroom 1: 1 double bed, jacuzzi, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom/WC.
• Bedroom 2: 2 single beds, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom/WC.

Kitchen and Living Area:

The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances and utensils. The comfortable living area includes a TV, seating area, coffee table, and other amenities.

Pool:

Enjoy a large private heated pool measuring 5 x 12 meters with a depth of 1.55 meters.

Damage Deposit:

A refundable security deposit of ₺5,000 (Turkish Lira) is required upon arrival and will be returned upon departure, provided no damage occurs.

General Information:

• Utilities (electricity, water, and gas) are included in the weekly rental price.
• The villa is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your arrival, with fresh towels and linens provided.
• Daily pool and garden maintenance is provided by villa staff.

Note:

• The minimum rental period is 5 nights throughout the season.
• An extra cleaning fee of ₺4,000 (Turkish Lira) applies for stays shorter than 6 nights.
