Bedroom Details:

• Bedroom 1: One double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, and air conditioning.
• Bedroom 2: One double bed, jacuzzi, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom with WC.

Kitchen & Living Area:

The villa boasts a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils and appliances to cater to your culinary needs. The comfortable living area features a TV, comfortable seating, a coffee table, and other amenities to ensure a relaxing stay.

Pool Details:

Guests can enjoy a private swimming pool measuring 3.5 by 10 meters with a depth of 1.50 meters, perfect for cooling off and soaking up the Mediterranean sun.

Damage Deposit:

A damage deposit of 5,000 TL is collected in cash upon arrival. This deposit will be fully refunded upon departure, provided there are no damages or losses to the property.

Important Information:

The pool and garden are regularly maintained once a day by our staff. Electricity, water, and gas expenses are included in the rental price, with no additional charges. The villa will be delivered clean and ready for your stay.

Note:

The minimum rental period throughout the season is 3 nights. An extra cleaning fee of 3,000 TL is charged for stays shorter than 6 nights.
