• Bedroom 2: One double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom with WC.
• Bedroom 3: Two single beds, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom with WC.

Kitchen & Living Area:

The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils and appliances. The living area includes a TV, comfortable seating, a coffee table, and other amenities.

Pool Details:

Guests can enjoy a private swimming pool measuring 3.5 by 8 meters with a depth of 1.5 meters.

Damage Deposit:

A damage deposit of 5,000 TL is collected in cash upon arrival and will be fully refunded in cash upon departure, provided there are no damages found during the inspection.

Important Information:

Pool and garden maintenance is carried out daily by staff. Electricity, water, and gas are included in the rental price at no extra charge. The villa is cleaned and prepared for your arrival and is cleaned once a week during your stay.

Note: The minimum rental period is 6 nights in July and August. In other months, the minimum stay is 3 nights. For stays shorter than 5 nights, an extra cleaning fee of 2,500 TL will be charged.
