Located in the unique holiday destination of Kalkan, specifically in the Kördere area of Antalya, Villa Tek is a luxurious villa accommodating up to four guests. This villa offers a truly unforgettable vacation experience, where you can enjoy peace and happiness amidst stunning nature and sea views, perfect for families and friends.

Room Details:

• Bedroom 1: One double bed, jacuzzi, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom with WC.
• Bedroom 2: Two single beds, jacuzzi, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom with WC.

Kitchen & Living Area:

The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils and appliances. The living area includes a TV, comfortable seating, a coffee table, and other amenities.

Pool Details:

The villa boasts a private infinity pool measuring 3.5 by 8.5 meters with a depth of 1.5 meters.

Damage Deposit:

A damage deposit of 5,000 TL is collected in cash upon arrival and will be fully refunded upon departure, provided there are no damages or losses to the property.

General Information:

Your usage of electricity, water, and gas is included in the weekly rental price. The villa is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your arrival, with fresh towels and linens provided in each room. A villa staff member provides daily pool and garden maintenance.

Note: The minimum stay is 4 nights. For stays shorter than 6 nights, an extra cleaning fee of 2,750 TL will be charged.
