Villa Tayyar: A Tranquil Retreat in Kalkan's İslamlar Village

Designed with privacy in mind, the villa is a suitable choice for conservative holidays.

Accommodation:

This charming villa features two bedrooms:

• Bedroom 1: Includes a double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, jacuzzi, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: Offers two single beds, a wardrobe, bedside table, and air conditioning.

Kitchen and Living Area:

The well-equipped kitchen provides all the necessary appliances and utensils for preparing delicious meals. The inviting living area features comfortable seating, a TV, a coffee table, and other amenities for relaxation.

Pools:

• Outdoor Pool: Measures 3.5m x 9m with a depth of 1.50m.
• Indoor Heated Pool: Measures 3m x 5m with a depth of 1.40m.
• Children's Pool: A smaller pool (2m x 2m, 0.50m deep) is also available.

Pool Heating:

Indoor pool heating is included in the rental price from October 1st to April 30th. Outside of these dates, heating can be activated for an additional daily fee of 1,500 TL.

Damage Deposit:

Guests are required to pay a 4,000 TL security deposit in cash upon arrival. This deposit will be fully refunded following a satisfactory inspection of the property after departure.

General Information:

Weekly rental rates include utilities (electricity, water, and gas). The villa is thoroughly cleaned before each arrival, and fresh towels, sheets, and pillowcases are provided in each bedroom. Daily pool and garden maintenance is included. Additional cleaning services, fresh towels, or linen changes can be arranged for an extra charge.

Important Information:

Guests are required to book a minimum of four nights. For stays shorter than six nights, an additional cleaning fee of 4,000 TL will be charged.
