Accommodation:

This villa offers two comfortable bedrooms:

• Bedroom 1: This suite features a double bed, a jacuzzi, a wardrobe, a dressing table, a bedside table, air conditioning, and a private en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: This bedroom offers two single beds, a wardrobe, a dressing table, a bedside table, air conditioning, and a private en-suite bathroom.

Kitchen and Living Area:

A fully equipped kitchen provides all the necessary appliances and utensils for preparing meals. The inviting living room features a TV, comfortable seating, a coffee table, and other amenities for relaxation.

Pool:

Guests can enjoy the refreshing private pool, which measures 4 * 9 meters and has a depth of 1.55 meters. The pool area is screened for complete privacy.

Damage Deposit:

A security deposit of 3,000 TL is collected in cash upon arrival and will be fully refunded in cash upon departure, provided no damage is incurred.

General Information:

• Pool and garden maintenance is performed daily by dedicated staff.
• All utility costs (electricity, water, and gas) are included in the rental price.
• The villa is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your arrival and is cleaned once a week during your stay.

NOTE: A cleaning fee of 2,000 TL applies to stays shorter than  7 nights.
