Villa Talya

Villa Talya: 

               This villa is located in Yalı, Patara, oe of the unique holiday resorts in Antalya. Villa Talya has a capacity of 4 people with a sea view, a heated pool and is surrounded by nature. Our villa is perfectly fitting for a couple on a honeymoon or a conservative small family.

Dont be late for the holiday beyond your dreams. 

Room information: 

                   1.Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom

                  2. Bedroom: 2 single beds, wardrobe, a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditior and you can find a bathroom.

Kitchen and lounge area information: 

                 Our villa provides every utensil you may need in the kitchen. İn our lounge area you may find a TV, a sofa set and a coffee table etc.   

Pool information:

               Our pool with a sea view measures 9*3.5 meters and a depth of 1.60 meters. On the terrace you will find a jacuzzi.

NOTE: The heating system in the pool is active, with a weekly fee of 7.000TL

Damage deposit:

            Upon check-in you will have to provide 5.000TL for deposit. Once your stay has came to an end with us we will have the villa checked for damage if no problems occur you may recieve you 5.000TL back.

Important information:

                    Pool and garden maintenance come once every day. Also the eiectricity, water and gas are included in the total fee. So no additional fee will be requested. We have the villa cleaned and prepared on your day of arrival.

NOTE:The minimum rental period for the whole year is 5 nights . There will be a fee of 2.500TL for cleaning if you stay is under 7 nights
