Villa Tadım

 This villa is located in Üzümlü, Kalkan, one of the unique holiday resorts in Antalya, with a capacity of 2 people.

Villa Tadim is a great fit for a small family or a couple on their honeymoon. Our pool is sheltered from the outside and not visible to the public therefore our conservative family and friends can be at peace of mind that you will have an enjoyable time.

NOTE: The last 500 meters to Villa Tadim is stabilized road. All vehicles can provide transportation except specially lowered vehicles.

Room information: 

                    1.Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner, jacuzzi and you can find a bathroom

Kitchen and lounge area information: 

                 Our villa  provides every utensil you may need in the kitchen. İn our lounge area you may find a TV, a sofa set and a coffee table etc.  

General information:

               The weekly rental fee includes the electıc, water and gas bottle fee. There will be no extra fee requested from you. Before you check ın to the villa we have it all cleaned and ready for you. You will  find clean towels, bed sheets and pillow cases. Daily there will be pool and garden maintenance.

Pool information:

               Our pool measures 9*3.5 meters and a depth of 1.55 meters

Damage deposit:

            Upon check-in you will have to provide 1.000TL for deposit. Once your stay has came to an end with us we will have the villa checked for damage if no problems occur you may recieve you 1.000TL back.

NOTE:The minimum rental period for the summer is 4 nights . There will be a fee of 3.00TL for cleaning if you stay is under 7 nights
