Located in the peaceful İslamlar village of Kalkan, one of Antalya's most stunning holiday destinations, Villa Swan offers a charming and relaxing getaway for up to 4 guests. This villa is ideal for small families and couples, featuring a private pool, jacuzzi, and a separate children's pool.

Accommodation:

• Bedroom 1: One double bed, jacuzzi, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom/WC.
• Bedroom 2: Two single beds, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom/WC.

Kitchen & Living Area:

The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils and appliances for preparing meals. The living area includes a TV, comfortable seating, a coffee table, and other amenities.

Pool:

The villa has a private swimming pool measuring 4 x 9 meters with a depth of 1.60 meters. It also includes a separate children's pool.

Damage Deposit:

A security deposit of ₺4,000 (Turkish Lira) is required upon arrival and will be refunded upon departure, provided no damage or loss is incurred.

Important Information:

• Pool and garden maintenance is carried out daily by staff.
• Utilities (electricity, water, and gas) are included in the rental price.
• The villa is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your arrival and is cleaned once a week during your stay.

Note:

• The minimum rental period throughout the season is 5 nights.
• An extra cleaning fee of ₺3,500 (Turkish Lira) is charged for stays shorter than 5 nights.
