Kitchen & Living Room Details

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed, including a coffee machine, toaster, and other appliances.
The living room features a TV, comfortable seating area, coffee table, and more.

Pool Details

• The villa has an outdoor pool measuring 7.50 x 12.5 meters with a depth of 1.40 meters.
• Additionally, there is an indoor heated pool measuring 3 x 9 meters with a depth of 1.25 meters.

Note: The heating for the indoor pool and hamam is available year-round at an additional charge of 2,000 TL per day.

Damage Deposit

A 10,000 TL damage deposit is required in cash upon check-in. If no issues are found during the final inspection, the deposit will be fully refunded at check-out.

General Information

• Electricity, water, and gas costs are included in the weekly rental price, and no additional charges will be applied.
• The villa is delivered clean and comes with fresh towels, bed linens, and pillowcases in each room.
• Extra cleaning and additional towels, sheets, or pillowcases will be subject to an extra charge.

Note: The minimum rental period is 3 nights throughout the season.
For stays of 7 nights or less, an additional 6,000 TL cleaning fee applies.
