Bedroom 2: Double bed, jacuzzi, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom/WC. Bedroom 3: Two single beds, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom/WC.

Kitchen and Living Room Information:

Villa provides fully equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils. Living room features TV, comfortable seating, and coffee table.

Pool Information:

Villa boasts outdoor pool measuring 4x7 meters and 1.48 meters deep, plus separate children's pool measuring 1.5mx4m and 0.40m deep.

Damage Deposit:

A ₺4,000 deposit is collected in cash upon arrival and fully refunded upon check-out, provided no damage or loss is found.

General Information:

Weekly rental price includes electricity, water, and gas. Villa is delivered impeccably clean with fresh towels, linens, and other essentials provided in each room. Daily pool and garden maintenance is provided by villa staff.

NOTE: Minimum stay is four nights throughout the season. A ₺4,000 cleaning fee applies to stays shorter than six nights.
