Located in Kalkan's Akbel area, one of Antalya's unique holiday resorts, Villa Stone & Heart is a villa accommodating up to 6 guests. This magnificent villa offers peace and happiness, a pleasant holiday with family and friends with nature and sea views, and a delightful vacation experience in the infinity pool.

NOTE: The villa is located within a complex. There is a 24/7 monitored security camera at the complex entrance and a children's playground within the complex.

Room Information:

• Bedroom 1: Features 1 double bed, a jacuzzi, a wardrobe, a dressing table, a bedside table, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom/WC.
• Bedroom 2: Features 1 double bed, a wardrobe, a dressing table, a bedside table, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom/WC.
• Bedroom 3: Features 1 double bed, a wardrobe, a dressing table, a bedside table, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom/WC.

Kitchen and Living Room Information:

The villa has sufficient kitchen utensils to meet all needs, and the living room also includes items such as a TV, a seating group, and a coffee table.

Pool Information:

The villa features a heart-shaped infinity pool measuring 6.5 * 6.5 meters with a depth of 1.55 meters, from which it takes its name.

Damage Deposit:

A cash deposit of 4,000 TL is collected upon arrival at the villa and will be returned upon departure if no damage or loss is encountered.

General Information:

Electricity, water, and gas usage at the villa are included in the weekly rate. The villa is delivered clean, with items such as towels and linens provided in each room. A villa attendant performs pool and garden maintenance daily.

NOTE: The minimum stay is 3 nights. An extra cleaning fee of 3,000 TL is charged for stays shorter than 5 nights.
