Damage deposit

A 5,000 TL refundable damage deposit is required upon check-in. The deposit will be returned in full at check-out, provided there is no damage or missing items.

• The villa is delivered clean and ready for use, with fresh towels and linens provided in each room.
• Daily pool and garden maintenance is carried out by the staff.

Note: The minimum stay is 3 nights throughout the season. For stays less than 6 nights, an additional 3,500 TL cleaning fee is required.
