Villa Spring Uno: A Luxurious Retreat with Heated Indoor Pool and Sea Views in Kalkan's Kördere

Nestled in the picturesque Kördere area of Kalkan, one of Antalya's most stunning holiday destinations, Villa Spring Uno offers a luxurious and unforgettable escape for up to four guests. This charming villa, surrounded by nature, boasts breathtaking sea views, a private jacuzzi, and a secluded atmosphere, making it an ideal choice for honeymooners and small families. Guests can also enjoy the added luxury of a heated indoor pool and a private gym.

NOTE: Villa Spring Uno is located above Villa Spring Due. They have separate entrances. If desired and available, both villas can be rented together to accommodate larger groups.

• Accommodation:

This villa features two comfortable bedrooms:

• Bedroom 1: This suite offers a comfortable double bed, a jacuzzi, access to the heated indoor pool, a wardrobe, a dressing table, a bedside table, air conditioning, and a private en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: This bedroom offers two single beds, a wardrobe, a dressing table, a bedside table, air conditioning, and a private en-suite bathroom.

Kitchen and Living Area:

A fully equipped kitchen provides all the necessary appliances and utensils for preparing meals. The inviting living room features a TV, comfortable seating, a coffee table, and other amenities for relaxation.

Pools:

• Outdoor Pool: Guests can enjoy the refreshing outdoor pool, which measures 3.5 * 8.5 meters and has a depth of 1.50 meters.
• Heated Indoor Pool: The villa also offers a heated indoor pool measuring 2 * 4 meters with a depth of 1.20 meters.

NOTE: The heated indoor pool is available from October 1st to April 1st for an additional fee of 500 TL per day.

Damage Deposit:

A security deposit of 4,000 TL is collected in cash upon arrival and will be fully refunded in cash upon departure, provided no damage is incurred.

General Information:

• Pool and garden maintenance is performed daily by dedicated staff.
• All utility costs (electricity, water, and gas) are included in the rental price.
• The villa is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your arrival and is cleaned once a week during your stay.

NOTE: A minimum stay of three nights is required throughout the season. A cleaning fee of 2,500 TL applies to stays shorter than five nights.
