Villa Spring: A Romantic Retreat with Infinity Pool and Sea Views in Kalkan

Villa Spring is one of our villas located in the Akbel area of Kalkan, one of Antalya's unique holiday destinations, accommodating up to two guests. This magnificent villa offers an unforgettable holiday experience where you can enjoy peace and happiness with your loved one, surrounded by breathtaking sea views and a refreshing infinity pool.

NOTE: Between May 1st and October 31st, breakfast is provided free of charge at our on-site restaurant, located 50 meters from the villa. If breakfast is requested at the villa, there is a daily service charge of 600 TL.

Accommodation Details:

All rooms feature a wardrobe, bedside table, dressing table, hairdryer, and a bathroom with a toilet. One bedroom also includes a Jacuzzi.

Kitchen and Living Area:

The villa offers a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances and utensils. The living area includes a TV, comfortable seating, and a coffee table.

Pool Information:

The villa features a 3*8 meter infinity pool with a depth of 1.5 meters.

Damage Deposit:

A cash deposit of 3,000 TL is required upon arrival and will be refunded upon departure, provided there are no damages or losses.

General Information:

Utilities (electricity, water, and gas) are included in the weekly rate. The villa is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for arrival, with fresh towels and linens provided. Daily pool and garden maintenance is provided.

NOTE: The minimum stay is 3 nights. A supplemental cleaning fee of 2,000 TL applies to stays shorter than 5 nights.
