Villa Silver Patara; 

             This is one of our conservative villas, located in Patara, Kalkan, one of the unique holiday resort in Antalya, with a capacity of 4 people, a jacuzzi and is surrounded by nature. 

Room information:

                  1. Bedroom: 1 double bed, jacuzzi, wardrobe, chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom and a toilet.

                  2. Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find  a bathroom and toilet.

Kitchen and lounge area information:

              Our villa provides every utensils you may need in the kitchen. İn our lounge area you may find a TV, a sofa set and a coffee table etc. 

Pool information:

                 Our pool measures at 3.5 meters with a depth of 1.50 meters

Damage deposit: 

               Upon check-in you will have to provide 3.000TL for deposit. Once you stay has came to an end with us, we will have the villa checked for damage, if no problems occur, you may recieve your 3.000 TL.

İmportant information:

            Pool and garden maintenance come once everyday. Also the electricity, water and gas are included in the total fee. So no additional fee will be requested. We will have the villa cleaned and prepared on your day of arrival.

NOTE: The minimum rental period for the whole year is 4 nights. There will be a fee of 1.500TL for cleaning if you stay under 7 nights.
