Located in the Çavdır area of Kalkan, one of Antalya's most exquisite holiday destinations, Villa Serender offers a secluded and peaceful escape for up to four guests. This villa boasts a spacious garden, ensuring privacy and relaxation for families and those seeking a tranquil getaway.

Accommodation:

• Bedroom 1: One double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom/WC with a heated indoor jacuzzi pool.
• Bedroom 2: Two single beds, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom/WC.

Kitchen & Living Area:

The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils and appliances. The living area includes a TV, comfortable seating, a coffee table, and other amenities.

Pools:

• Main Pool: 4 x 9 meters with a depth of 1.50 meters.
• Heated Indoor Jacuzzi Pool: 2 x 4 meters with a depth of 0.90 meters.

Note: The heating system for the indoor jacuzzi pool can be activated for an additional daily fee of ₺600 (Turkish Lira).

Damage Deposit:

A security deposit of ₺1,500 (Turkish Lira) is required upon arrival and will be refunded in cash upon departure after inspection, provided no damage is found.

Important Information:

• Pool and garden maintenance is carried out daily by staff.
• Utilities (electricity, water, and gas) are included in the rental price. No additional fees will be charged for these.
• The villa is cleaned and prepared for your arrival and is cleaned once a week during your stay.

Note II :

• The minimum rental period for the entire season is 4 nights.
• An extra cleaning fee of ₺3,000 (Turkish Lira) is charged for stays shorter than 7 nights.
