Note: The villa is located within a complex with 24/7 security camera surveillance at the entrance and a children's playground within the site.

Accommodation:

• Bedroom 1: One double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: One double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom.

Kitchen & Living Area:

The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils and appliances. The living area includes a TV, comfortable seating, a coffee table, and other amenities.

Pools:

• Infinity Pool: 3.6 x 7.5 meters with a depth of 1.55 meters.
• Shallow Pool: 2.5 x 3.5 meters.

Damage Deposit:

A security deposit of ₺3,000 (Turkish Lira) is required upon arrival and will be fully refunded upon departure, provided no damage or loss is incurred.

General Information:

• Utilities (electricity, water, and gas/propane) are included in the weekly rental price.
• The villa is meticulously cleaned and prepared for your arrival, with fresh towels and linens provided in each room.
• A villa attendant provides daily pool and garden maintenance.

Minimum Stay:

• The minimum stay is 3 nights.
• An extra cleaning fee of ₺2,500 (Turkish Lira) is charged for stays shorter than 5 nights.
