Bedroom Details:

• Bedroom 1: One double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom with WC.
• Bedroom 2: Two single beds, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom with WC.

Kitchen & Living Area:

The villa boasts a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils and appliances for your culinary needs. The comfortable living area includes a TV, comfortable seating, a coffee table, and other amenities for a relaxing stay.

Pool Details:

Guests can enjoy a private, secluded pool measuring 3.5 by 5.3 meters with a depth of 1.5 meters. The pool area is designed for privacy, ensuring a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

Damage Deposit:

A damage deposit of 4,000 TL is collected in cash upon arrival and will be fully refunded upon departure, provided there are no damages or losses to the property.

Important Information:

The pool and garden are regularly maintained once a day by our staff. Electricity, water, and gas expenses are included in the rental price, with no additional charges. The villa is delivered clean and prepared for your arrival.

Note: The minimum rental period throughout the season is 4 nights. An extra cleaning fee of 3,000 TL is charged for stays shorter than 4 nights.
