    Located in the Karaçulha area of Fethiye, one of Muğla’s most unique holiday destinations, Villa Sembol is a gardened villa with a jacuzzi and a capacity of up to 8 guests. It is ideal for large families and groups of friends.

Bedroom Details;

Bedroom 1: 1 double bed, jacuzzi, TV, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom (WC).

Bedroom 2: 1 double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom (WC).

Bedroom 3: 1 double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, and bedside table.

Bedroom 4: 2 single beds, wardrobe, dressing table, and bedside table.

Kitchen and Living Room

    Our villa is equipped with sufficient kitchen utensils to meet all your needs. The living room includes a TV, seating area, coffee table, and other necessary furnishings.

Pool Information;

    The villa has a private swimming pool measuring 4 x 8 meters with a depth of 1.5 meters.

Damage Deposit

    A 5,000 TL damage deposit is collected in cash upon check-in and will be fully refunded at check-out, provided there is no damage, loss, or similar issue.

General Information;

    Electricity, water, and bottled gas usage are included in the weekly rental price. The villa is delivered clean, with towels, bed linens, and similar items provided in every room. Daily pool and garden maintenance is carried out by the villa staff.

NOTE: The minimum rental period is 7 nights. Stays of fewer than 5 nights may be offered. For stays shorter than 5 nights, an additional 4,000 TL cleaning fee is charged.
