Villa Sekmen

Villa Sikmen is a perfect place for your friends and family to have a great holiday, our pool is alse sheltered from the outside, public can not see the pool therefore conservative friends and families can enjoy their holiday.

General information:

                   The electricity, water and gas are included in the total fee. So no additional fee will be requested. We have the villa cleaned and prepared on your day of arrival. You will find clean towels, bed sheets and pillow cases. Daily there will be pool and garden maintenance.

Oda Bilgileri; 

    Tüm odalarımızda elbise dolabı, komodin, makyaj masası ve saç kurutma makinası, banyo ve tuvalet bulunmaktadır.

Room informtion:

    All rooms include wardrobes, chest of drawers, dressing tables and hairdryers, bathroom and toilets.

Kitchen and lounge area information:

   Our villa provides every utensil you may need in the kitchen. İn our lounge area you may find a TV, a sofa set and a coffee table etc.

Pool information:

              Pool: measures 3*9 meters with a depth of 1.5 meters

              Childrens pool: measures 2*6 meters with a depth of 55 cm

Damage deposit:

        Upon check in you will have to provide 3.000TL for deposit. Once your stay gas came to an end with us, we will have the villa checked for damage if no problems occur, you may recieive  your 3.000TL back.

NOTE: The minimum rental period for the whole year is 5 nights. There will be a fee of of 1.200TL for cleaning if you stay under 7 nights.
