Room Information:

• 1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, TV, jacuzzi, wardrobe, vanity table, nightstand, air conditioning, bathroom/WC.

• 2nd Bedroom: 2 single beds, wardrobe, vanity table, nightstand, air conditioning, bathroom/WC.

Kitchen and Living Room Information:

Villa is equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils, and the living room has TV, seating area, coffee table, and other essentials.

Pool Information:

Villa features a pool with dimensions of 4x8 meters and a depth of 1.5 meters.

Damage Deposit:

Cash damage deposit of 3,000 TL is required upon entry. Deposit will be refunded at check-out if no damage, loss, etc. is encountered.

General Information:

Electricity, water, and gas usage are included in the weekly rental fee. Villa is delivered clean, with towels, bed linens, etc. provided in each room. Villa attendant will maintain the pool and garden daily.

NOTE: Minimum rental period is 3 nights for the entire season. An additional 2,500 TL cleaning fee is charged for stays shorter than 5 nights.
