NOTE: The villa is located within a complex with 24/7 security camera surveillance at the entrance and a children's playground.

Accommodation:

• Bedroom 1: This suite features a double bed, a jacuzzi, a wardrobe, a dressing table, a bedside table, air conditioning, and a private en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: This bedroom offers a double bed, a wardrobe, a dressing table, a bedside table, air conditioning, and a private en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 3: This bedroom also provides a double bed, a wardrobe, a dressing table, a bedside table, air conditioning, and a private en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 4: This room features two single beds, a wardrobe, a dressing table, a bedside table, air conditioning, and a private en-suite bathroom.

Kitchen and Living Area:

The fully equipped kitchen provides all the necessary appliances and utensils for preparing meals. The spacious living room offers comfortable seating, a TV, a coffee table, and other amenities for relaxation.

Pools:

• Main Pool: The villa boasts a large main pool measuring 5 * 18 meters with a depth of 1.5 meters.
• Upper Pool (Heated/Children's Pool): The upper pool measures 2.5 * 6 meters with a depth of 0.9 meters and is heated. This pool can also be used as a children's pool.

NOTE: The heated upper pool is available from October 1st to May 1st. There is a daily fee of 1,500 TL for pool heating.

Damage Deposit:

A security deposit of 5,000 TL is collected in cash upon arrival and will be fully refunded upon departure, provided no damage or loss is incurred.

General Information:

• Utility costs (electricity, water, and gas) are included in the weekly rental price.
• The villa is meticulously cleaned and prepared for each arrival, with fresh towels and linens provided in all rooms.
• A dedicated villa attendant provides daily pool and garden maintenance.

NOTE: A minimum stay of three nights is required. Stays shorter than five nights are subject to an additional cleaning fee of 3,500 TL.
