• Bedroom 3: Comes with a double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, makeup table, hairdryer, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom, and toilet.

Kitchen and Living Area:

The kitchen has all the essentials, with everything you need to prepare meals comfortably. In the living area, you’ll find a TV, cozy seating, a coffee table, and other furnishings designed for relaxation.

Swimming Pool:

A spacious pool measuring 4.5 x 8.5 meters, with a depth of 1.65 meters, awaits you for refreshing dips.

Damage Deposit:

A deposit of 10,000 TL is required upon arrival, payable in cash. This amount will be refunded upon check-out, provided no damages are reported.

Additional Information:

• Utility costs (electricity, water, gas) are included in the rental price.
• The property is handed over to you clean and fully prepared for your stay.

Important Notes:

• A minimum of 3 nights is required for bookings throughout the season.
• For stays shorter than 7 nights, a 4,000 TL cleaning fee will be added.
