Accommodation:

This villa features three comfortable bedrooms:

• Bedroom 1: This bedroom offers a double bed, a jacuzzi, and a private en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: This bedroom offers a double bed and a private en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 3: This bedroom offers a single bed and a private en-suite bathroom.

Kitchen and Living Area:

A fully equipped kitchen provides all the necessary appliances and utensils for preparing meals. The inviting living room features a TV, comfortable seating, a coffee table, and other amenities for relaxation.

Pool:

Guests can enjoy the refreshing private pool, which measures 3.5 * 8 meters and has a depth of 1.55 meters.

Damage Deposit:

A security deposit of 5,000 TL is collected in cash upon arrival and will be fully refunded in cash upon departure, provided no damage is incurred.

General Information:

• Pool and garden maintenance is performed daily by dedicated staff.
• All utility costs (electricity, water, and gas) are included in the rental price.
• The villa is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your arrival and is cleaned once a week during your stay.

NOTE: A minimum stay of four nights is required throughout the season. A cleaning fee of 3,500 TL applies to stays shorter than seven nights.
