Villa Samira 3; 

                   This villa is located in Kızıltaş, Kalkan, one of the unique holiday resorts in Antalya, with a capacity of 6 people. Villla Samira offers a view of the sea. On the ground floor of our villa there is an American kitchen,  three bedrooms on the upper floor and a jacuzzi on the terrace.

Room information: 

                    1.Bedroom: 1 double bed, a wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner, a balcony and you can find a bathroom

                    2.Bedroom:  1 double bed, a wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner, a balcony and you can find a bathroom

                    3.Bedroom:  2 single bed, a wardrobe,  a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner, a balcony and you can find a bathroom 

Kitchen and lounge area information: 

                 Our villa provides every utensil you may need in the kitchen. İn our lounge area you may find a TV, a sofa set and a coffee table etc.   

Pool information:

                Our pool with a sea view  measures at 4*8 meters and a depth of 1.50 meters

NOTE:  For the heating system in the pool, there is a daily fee of 1.000TL

Damage deposit:

            Upon check-in you will have to provide 3.000TL for deposit. Once your stay has came to an end with us we will have the villa checked for damage if no problems occur you may recieve you 3.000TL back.

Important information:

                    Pool and garden maintenance come once every day. Also the eiectricity, water and gas are included in the total fee. So no additional fee will be requested. We have the villa cleaned and prepared on your day of arrival.

NOTE:The minimum rental period for the whole year is 5  nights . There will be a fee of 2.500TL for cleaning if you stay is under 5 nights
