Villa Saltanat: A Secluded Getaway with Jacuzzi and Patara Sea Views in Kalkan
Located in the Patara area of Kalkan, one of Antalya's most stunning holiday destinations, Villa Saltanat offers comfortable accommodation for up to four guests. This villa boasts breathtaking views of the Patara sea and provides a perfect setting for a memorable vacation with family and friends. The pool area is secluded and not visible from the outside, ensuring privacy for conservative families and groups.
Note: The last 200 meters of the road leading to the villa is a dirt road (stabilized road).
Bedroom Details:
Both bedrooms feature one double bed, a jacuzzi, a wardrobe, a dressing table, a bedside table, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom with WC.

Kitchen & Living Area:
The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils and appliances. The living area includes a TV, comfortable seating, a coffee table, and other amenities for a relaxing stay.
Pool Details:
Guests can enjoy a private swimming pool measuring 3.5 by 8.5 meters with a depth of 1.7 meters.
Damage Deposit:
A damage deposit of 5,000 TL is collected in cash upon arrival and will be fully refunded upon departure, provided there are no damages or losses to the property.
General Information:
Your usage of electricity, water, and gas is included in the weekly rental price. The villa is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your arrival, with fresh towels and linens provided in each room. A villa staff member provides daily pool and garden maintenance.
Note: The minimum rental period is 4 nights throughout the season. For stays shorter than 7 nights, an extra cleaning fee of 2,500 TL will be charged.
