This villa is located in Üzümlü, Kalkan, one of the unique holiday resorts in Antalya, with a capacity of 4 people. At our villa you will experience peace and happiness with your friends and family and enjoy your holiday in the pool.

Room information:
1.Bedroom: 1 double bed, a jacuzzi, wardrobe, a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom
2.Bedroom: 2 single beds, wardrobe, a dressing table, a chest of drawers, air conditioner and you can find a bathroom.
Kitchen and lounge area information:
Our villa provides every utensil you may need in the kitchen. İn our lounge area you may find a TV, a sofa set and a coffee table etc.
Pool information:
Our pool measures 4.5 * 10 meters and a depth of 1.40 meters
Damage deposit:
Upon check-in you will have to provide 2.000TL for deposit. Once your stay has came to an end with us we will have the villa checked for damage if no problems occur you may recieve you 2.000TL back.
General information:
The weekly rental fee includes the electric, water and gas bottle fee. There will be no extra fee requested from you. You will find clean towels, bed sheets and pillow cases.
NOTE: The minimum rental period is 3 nights. For stays less than 5 nights there will be a cleaning fee of 1.500TL.
