Located in the Ovacık area of Fethiye, one of Muğla's most stunning holiday destinations, Villa Sahra offers accommodation for up to eight guests. This secluded villa, set within natural surroundings, offers a peaceful holiday experience just 5 km from the award-winning Ölüdeniz beach.

Accommodation:

All bedrooms feature a wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom.

• Bedroom 1: Includes a double bed and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: Offers two single beds, a TV, and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 3: Provides a double bed, a TV, and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 4: Features two single beds, a TV, and an en-suite bathroom.

Kitchen and Living Area:

The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances and utensils, including a dining table and chairs. The living area includes comfortable seating, a TV, a coffee table, and other amenities for relaxation.

Pool:

Guests can enjoy a private swimming pool measuring 5 meters by 8.50 meters, with a consistent depth of 1.55 meters.

Damage Deposit:

Guests are required to pay a 6,000 TL security deposit in cash upon arrival. This deposit will be fully refunded following a satisfactory inspection of the property after departure.

General Information:

Pool and garden maintenance is carried out daily by staff. Utilities (electricity, water, and gas) are included in the rental price. The villa is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your arrival, with fresh towels and linens provided. Additional towels and linen changes can be arranged for an extra charge.

Important Information:

The minimum rental period is three nights during the summer season. For stays shorter than seven nights, an additional cleaning fee of 4.500 TL will be charged.
