Five bedrooms typically comprise this villa, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests. While the exact layout may vary, a common configuration includes:

• Bedroom 2: Offers a double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 3: Provides two single beds, a wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 4: Features two single beds, a wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 5: Furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom.

Kitchen and Living Area:

A fully equipped kitchen provides all the necessary appliances and utensils for preparing meals. The spacious open-plan living and dining area features comfortable seating, a TV, a coffee table, and other amenities for relaxation and entertainment.

Pool:

The private infinity pool (approximately 10m x 4.9m, 1.55m deep) offers spectacular views of the surrounding area. An outdoor shower is conveniently located nearby.

Damage Deposit:

A security deposit of 5,000 TL is payable upon arrival. This deposit will be fully refunded upon departure, subject to a satisfactory property inspection.

General Information:

Weekly rental rates include utilities (electricity, water, and gas). The villa is thoroughly cleaned prior to each arrival, with fresh towels, sheets, and pillowcases provided in each bedroom. Daily pool and garden maintenance is included. Additional cleaning services, along with fresh towels or linen changes, can be arranged for an extra charge.

Important Information:

A minimum five-night stay is required. Stays shorter than seven nights will incur a cleaning fee of 7,000 TL.
