Kitchen and Living Area:

The villa has a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary kitchenware and utensils, as well as a living room with a TV, seating group, coffee table, and other furnishings.

Pool Information:

Our pool is 4 * 11 meters in size and 1.60 meters deep.

Damage Deposit:

A deposit of 3000 TL is collected in cash upon arrival at the villa and will be refunded if no damage or loss is found during your stay.

General Information:

Electricity, water, and gas usage are included in the weekly rental price. The villa is delivered to you clean, with towels, sheets, etc., provided in each room. The villa attendant performs pool and garden maintenance daily.

Important Information:

The minimum rental period is 7 nights. For stays shorter than 7 nights, a cleaning fee of 3000 TL is charged.
