• Bedroom 2: 2 single beds, wardrobe, dressing table, nightstand, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom with WC.
• Bedroom 3: 1 double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, nightstand, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom with WC.

Kitchen and living room details

The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with all essential appliances and utensils. The living room includes a TV, seating area, coffee table, and other necessary furnishings.

Pool details

The villa has a private pool measuring 4m x 8m with a depth of 1.70m.

Damage deposit

A refundable damage deposit of 7,000 TL is required upon check-in. This amount will be refunded at check-out, provided no damage or loss is detected.

General information

• Electricity, water, and gas usage are included in the weekly rental fee.
• The villa is delivered clean and fully prepared for your stay, with fresh linens and towels provided in each room.
• Pool and garden maintenance is carried out daily by the villa staff.

Note: The minimum rental period is 4 nights. For stays of 7 nights or less, an additional cleaning fee of 3,500 TL applies.
